A. The cost of Website Development is dependent upon the needs of the client. The more pages you need, the more interactivity/programing, the greater the cost. Generally, we've found that you can expect to pay $125.00 - $300.00 per page in the low range and in the thousands per page on the high end - for database driven/Flash sites. Beware of those companies that offer you a whole site for a couple hundred dollars. Under most situations, these companies use template websites they have purchased from another company at a fraction of the cost they charge you. These sites, while useful for a brochure type site, offer little to no customization necessary to bring customers to your business.

A. Again, this answer is dependent upon the business needs, the more pages/more interactivity you need, the longer it will take to develop. Our development process is programed to take 8 weeks, but we frequently complete the process in under 4 weeks, from first meeting to posting of the website. Preparation is the key to decreasing the time it takes to develop your website. If you are prepared with all the required documents/graphics necessary for the development, the development time will be spent on the design process vs. waiting for the things required for the website.

A. Brochures, logos, photographs, product descriptions, business cards etc. are all recommended resources to use. Any documents that describe what you do and how you conduct your business are all helpful in the development process. For new businesses we will help you get started from scratch.

A. Our firm has developed websites for clients all over the United States, we can design a site for out of state clients just as easily as those in our city.

A. Your website will be "hosted" on server space provided by an ISP or through us. We do recommend you have a computer with internet access for email correspondance and for viewing/testing your website.

A. Typically it can take anywhere from a week to several months before the major search engines (yahoo, google) list your site. There are paid programs that allow you to pay a fee for immediately inclusion, yet they are not mandatory.

A. We recommend you host your business with a company that provides free website access tracking. These programs can show you how many people are visiting your site daily, what sites they came from, even the keywords they typed in at Google and Yahoo to find you. Our hosting plans provide this service for free.

A. Depending on the business, some amount of maintenance will be required. As your business evolves, it may require some things to be added, deleted, or modified. Our websites are designed to allow you to make these updates/changes within your company or you may contract with us to make changes.

A. Depends on the website design. The websites we develop are designed to allow the client to maintain the site with minimal HTML knowledge. We provide basic HTML training that will be invaluable to your company if you desire to maintain your website inhouse.

A. Yes. We can redesign or add content to an existing site, and costs less money than building one from scratch.
